From: Ellen Date: 09/11/2006 Message: I can't believe what happened on that terrible day 5 years ago. If there was anything I could do to stop it I would have. Mark was way too young to die and he was certainly a wonderful person. I am doing a report on 9/11 heroes who gave up their life to save others and I chose Mark. I chose him because he seemed like a wonderful person and like so many others, his time came much too soon. I know he is looking down on us from heaven and i want his family to know that. I also want to tell them simply this: I'm so, so sorry.
