From: Loary Milanese Gunn Date: 09/12/2006 Message: Dear Kevin, Before that terrible morning, it had been, what, 10 years since we'd seen each other. Back then you were getting ready to retire, as I recall. When I read your name in the paper, I just knew it was you, knew you couldn't stay retired. You were one of the original movers & shakers! You were always a big kid at heart, even though you really drove me nuts and embarrassed me so many times! I can still see you dropping your drawers in the Four Seasons and you and Billy throwing pies at people from Wall St. to 93rd St.!!! And I'll never forget the 4th in 1976 when you invited me out on the Navy ship...an experience I'll never forget. Wishing you 'peace' would not be fitting for you...I hope there are plenty of adventures in Heaven for your restless, fun-loving spirit to conquer. |
