From: Barbara Metzger Date: 09/09/2006 Message: I try to look for a place to turn a place to reflect a place to speak to you---you exist only now in memory,photo & video-- I cannot believe that five years has past - I am thankful we had such a great relationship - I miss you and my family does too- I dragged Matty my little guy- to both memorials in Colts Neck - he's sorry (and me too) that he does not remember you-- I wasn't sure where to leave flowers...as I left both places I had a wonderful moment with my son --did you manufacture that fom heaven? He held my hand - he understood (at 8) and he sat on your bench and "meditated" as the sign read - My 8 year old learned a new word and was reminded of the sorrow that 9-11 brought to our family. - Rest in peace my cousin and friend. PS I miss Patty and John Jr. |
