Message: I was at Ira Davenport Hospital in Bath, NY when they brought you in after your accident. They wheeled you past me. I thought you were dead because you looked so gray and still. Next, they wheeled in my husband who drowned in a pond up the hill. He still looked pink, but .. he died. You lived. You tried really hard to have a life and .. you succeeded. My heart cries for you that after all the wonderful things you accomplished, you died the Towers. You were given another 20 years and you really got your use out of them. Good for you. All these years you have been in my prayers, where you will continue to remain, along with my deceased husband. My Edward was 28 when dove into a chilly pond near Pulteney on that fateful July 4, 1981 -- the temperature change caused shock and we just couldn't find him. Bless you and may you rest in peace.
