Message: We met you only once, but you left a strong impresstion on us. It was in March 2001 when my wife and I were touring the WTC towers and we asked you for directions. As tourists, we were lost and almost got on the wrong subway, but you set us straight. You were so kind to us. You even let us take our picture with you and we still have it to this day. Thank you.
